3. Service Quotes and Pricing
All service quotes provided by JHG BIN WASH LLC are valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request and may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was represented. Pricing includes labor, equipment, standard cleaning agents, and disposal fees unless otherwise noted. Additional charges may apply for specialized cleaning agents, extended travel distances, hazardous material handling, or services requested beyond standard scope. Payment terms are net fifteen days for commercial accounts and due upon service completion for residential customers unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing.
4. Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled based on operator availability and geographic routing efficiency. We require a minimum of twenty-four hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Customers who cancel with less than twenty-four hours notice may be charged a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent of the quoted service amount. In the event of inclement weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments without penalty. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers as soon as practicable and to reschedule at the earliest available time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the service area. This includes ensuring that pets are secured, vehicles are moved, and that the area is free of obstructions that could impede service delivery. Customers must disclose any known hazards, including but not limited to sharp objects, chemicals, electrical equipment, fragile items, and underground utilities in the service area. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during the quoting and scheduling process. Failure to disclose material information that affects service delivery may result in additional charges or service refusal.
6. Site Preparation and Access
Prior to service, customers must clear the immediate work area of all personal property, vehicles, equipment, and debris that could be damaged by or interfere with pressure washing operations. This includes moving trash bins to a designated cleaning location away from structures, vehicles, and landscaping. Customers should secure or remove loose items such as decorations, furniture, doormats, and potted plants from the service area. JHG BIN WASH LLC is not responsible for damage to items left in the service area despite these instructions. Access to a water supply and electrical outlet within one hundred feet of the service area is required for standard service. Additional fees may apply if alternative water or power arrangements are needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JHG BIN WASH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In the unlikely event that property damage occurs during service, customers must report the damage within twenty-four hours of service completion. Our liability for property damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the total service fee, unless gross negligence is proven.
10. Environmental Compliance

All wastewater generated during our cleaning operations is contained, filtered, and disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Customers agree to allow us to access drainage systems and utility connections as needed for proper wastewater containment and disposal.
